Funding Success!

Great news! We’ve been awarded almost £500,000 from the Heritage Lottery Fund for our Norfolk at the Pictures project. This means we will be able to involve people across Norfolk in creating a permanent archive of memories, documents and artefacts to tell the story of cinema-going in Norfolk and, importantly. to create a new education and community space at Cinema City – the Screen Heritage Centre – for education, screenings, talks and workshops – and a new lift will mean it is accessible to everyone. We need to raise a final £50,000 to make this happen. If you’d like to help us by giving a donation or buying a seat dedication you can find out here

You can read more about the project in today’s EDP and online here
